Its been awhile since a girl touches my "adeq" omg!!! Aqilah!!! im gonna stab u on ur heart... strike it down... Pull out ur heart and squeeze it till it explode... Omg maruah aku tergadai sah... hehe... nolah im actually juz exagerating je... i wont do aniting to her... she is my darling sis siah!!! don be angry n worry aite... i wont even touch u... hehe!!! *sounds like a stalker sia*

Juz nw I had my usual Co-Member Training wif Ahnaf n Magic n Shak!!! Seriously toking... the training was a hell one... train from the upper body... goes down to the stomach to train the abs... n finally down to the leg... The new power leg training was miserably painful but nvm... i can still withstand it... gosh my badan is growing more n more sapao!! haha... I like!!! ok lah... Mt Stong Trip is juz around the corner... Must train hard!!!! wish me luck ppl!!!
